1.Website pricing policy

1.1 Calendar price on this website is in Australian dollars $AUS and US dollars $US

2.Pricing

2.1 Calendar price listed on this site are subject to change without notice. The calendar price on an order is fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
2.2 You agree to pay the delivery charges specified at the time you submit your order.
2.3 Calendar price listed on this site are in Australian Dollars and in US dollars. Australian orders include the Australian government's goods and services tax ("GST"). For orders to be shipped outside Australia, the GST amount (1/11th of the price shown) will automatically be deducted during the checkout process.
2.4 The calendar price listed on this site is for online purchases only and may differ from the pricing of the same product made available through other outlets.

3.Placing an order

3.1 You may place an order by means that best suits you through the instructions layed out in the ordering page.
3.2 Your order must contain your name, email address, delivery address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this site.
Only persons who can make a legally binding contract may place an order.

4.Payment

4.1 Payment must be made in the manner described on this site.
We accept all major credit cards, direct deposit and personal and bank cheque and money orders. (Cheques received will need to be cleared before product is shipped)
4.2 If your nominated credit card or cheque is declined by your financial institution, we may not dispatch the products ordered, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.

5.Pre–orders

5.1 If a product is specified as a pre-order, it means we are taking advance orders for the product before its official release date.

6.Delivery

6.1 We will use our best endeavors to deliver accepted orders to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified at the time of placing your order, however delivery times will always depend on the postal service.
6.2 It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong information, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address. If a product has been lost in transit, replacement product may be dispatched at our discretion

7.Returns

7.1 If you are returning a product for whatever reason, you must contact us first. No order will be refunded without our prior agreement, which will be confirmed with you by email. We will not exchange or refund products unless they were damaged or faulty at the time of dispatch. We take great care in ensuring all orders are packed securely to minimize damage during transit, however should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the matter. You must return damaged product within 14 days of receipt.
7.2 Any returned products are shipped at your risk. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. For international returns, all products are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order.
